Our Mission
Digital Calculator provides free, accurate financial calculators to help individuals and families make informed financial decisions. Whether you are planning a major purchase, saving for retirement, paying down debt, or simply splitting a restaurant bill, our tools give you the clarity you need to move forward with confidence.
We believe everyone deserves access to quality financial planning tools without paywalls, without registration requirements, and without compromising your privacy.
Who Builds This
Digital Calculator is built and maintained by Mark, a senior software engineer and tech lead in the financial services industry, through his company Markco Labs LLC. Every calculator on this site was personally designed, coded, and tested — no content farm, no outsourced article mill, no AI-generated math that nobody verified.
That is a deliberate choice, and we think it is a strength. The internet is filling with auto-generated calculator sites where no human ever checked whether the formulas are right. Here, one engineer is accountable for every number this site produces — and because every calculator publishes its methodology, you do not have to take that on faith. You can check the math yourself.
Small on purpose: fewer calculators than the giant aggregators, each one built carefully, sourced to primary data, and maintained when the rules change.
Our Approach
100% Free, No Registration
Every calculator on our site is completely free to use. We never require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share personal information. Just enter your numbers and get results instantly.
Privacy-First Design
Your financial data stays on your device. All calculations are performed locally in your browser and your calculator inputs are never transmitted to our servers. With your consent, we use anonymous analytics to improve our calculators, but we never track or store your financial inputs.
Ad-Free Experience
We prioritize your experience over advertising revenue. Our calculators are designed for clarity and ease of use, without distracting ads or pop-ups interrupting your financial planning.
Accuracy You Can Trust
Our formulas are verified against authoritative sources including IRS publications, SEC guidelines, and standard financial industry formulas. We maintain over 1,200 automated tests to ensure calculation accuracy across all scenarios.

Quality Assurance
Accuracy is at the core of everything we build. Here is how we ensure our calculators deliver reliable results:
Published Methodologies
Every calculator links a methodology page showing the actual formulas it uses, with worked examples — see the mortgage methodology for an example. You never have to trust our math blind: you can check it.
Automated Testing
Every calculator is backed by comprehensive automated tests. Our test suite includes over 3,600 unit tests plus golden regression baselines that verify calculation accuracy across thousands of input combinations, edge cases, and boundary conditions — and run on every single change before it ships.
Cross-Validation
We validate our formulas against authoritative sources including IRS publications for tax-related calculations, Social Security Administration rules for benefit estimates, SEC guidelines for investment formulas, and standard financial industry formulas used by banks and lenders — cited to the primary source, not to other websites.
Corrections
When we find an error — through our own testing, a user report, or a data update — we fix it promptly and update the affected page’s last-reviewed date. Found something that looks wrong? Tell us and we will check it against the source.
Regular Updates
We regularly update our calculators to reflect changes in tax brackets, contribution limits, and interest rates. Our content includes last-updated dates so you know you are working with current information.
Accessibility Standards
Our calculators meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards, including full keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and high-contrast color ratios. Everyone deserves access to financial planning tools.
About Markco Labs
DigitalCalculator.info is owned and operated by Markco Labs LLC, a technology company focused on building useful, accessible tools for everyday people.
We started Digital Calculator with a simple goal: create the financial calculators we wished existed. Fast, accurate, private, and free. No gimmicks, no aggressive monetization. Just helpful tools that respect your time and your privacy. We use anonymous analytics with your consent to improve our calculators, but we never track your financial inputs.
How This Site Makes Money
Transparency about funding matters on a financial site, so here it is plainly: the free calculators are funded by our business products, not by you.
We sell embeddable calculator widgets, a calculator API for AI assistants, and white-label calculator suites and branded PDF reports to businesses that want verified financial math in their own products. That is the whole model.
What we do not do: no display ads, no affiliate links steering you toward lenders, no selling or sharing of user data, and no premium paywall on any consumer calculator. If that ever changes, this page will say so first.
Contact Us
We welcome your feedback, suggestions, and questions. If you have ideas for new calculators, find a bug, or want to share how our tools have helped you, we would love to hear from you.
