Refunds and Cancellation
This section covers paid plans for our API and our embeddable widgets. The free tiers take no payment, so there is nothing to refund or cancel on them.
- Who you pay. Markco Labs LLC is the seller. Card payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor; we do not see or store your card details.
- United States only. Paid plans are available to customers in the United States only. If a checkout uses a billing address or a card from outside the United States, the payment is refunded, the subscription is cancelled, and no plan is provided.
- Billing periods. Card subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew at the end of each period until you cancel. Plans billed by invoice follow the term in that invoice or agreement.
- Cancelling. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the customer portal link on your receipt, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and then ends.
- Refunds. We do not refund the unused part of a billing period, including when you cancel partway through a month or a year. We do refund duplicate charges and charges made in error, and we give refunds where the law requires them.
- Free trials. Where a plan offers a free trial with no card, no payment is taken during the trial, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to continue.
- How to ask. Email admin@markcolabs.com from the address you paid with, and include the date and amount of the charge. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to show it.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under consumer protection law.

When you consent, analytics receive page-level data and anonymous interaction events — which pages you viewed, which calculator you used, that a calculation ran, and how far you scrolled. The figures you type into a calculator are not part of those events: our analytics code strips currency amounts and number-like values from an event before it is sent, and automated tests check that on each release.
This site also keeps material in your browser, on your own device: a figure you chose to save from a calculator, your light or dark setting, your consent choice, and a small number of similar items. That material belongs to you. It stays on your device, we hold no copy of it, and you can remove it at any time — from the Saved on this device page, from the controls in the feature that created it, or through your browser's own settings. The Privacy Policy carries the full inventory: every item, what it holds, how long it lasts, and how to clear it.
On calculators where you have saved figures, the results area offers buttons that open an AI assistant with a short summary of those figures carried in the link. Pressing one is your own action, and it hands that summary to the company running that assistant; from that point their terms and privacy policy govern what happens to it. Advertising
